2. Care Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings
Submitting a care request through the website does not confirm or guarantee a booking. SIXXPAWS Pet Care reviews all requests and will contact you to discuss availability and next steps. A booking is only confirmed after intake, policy acceptance, admin approval, and payment are completed through the client portal.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a care request or contacting SIXXPAWS. Providing false or misleading information — including details about your pet's health, behavior, or vaccination status — may result in your request being declined or care being ended.
4. Services and Pricing
Service descriptions and pricing listed on this website are for general reference and may change at any time. Final service terms and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking through the client portal.

SIXXPAWS Pet Care will take reasonable care of your pet while in our care. However, SIXXPAWS is not liable for illness, injury, or death resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed health issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Pet owners are responsible for all veterinary costs, including emergency care.
