The following policies help SIXXPAWS Pet Care provide safe, consistent, and professional care for every pet and family we work with. Clients are asked to review and acknowledge current policies through the client portal before a booking is confirmed.
These policies are provided for client understanding and may be updated as SIXXPAWS Pet Care grows. The most current version of all policies will always be presented through the client portal at the time of booking.
Payment Policy
Full payment is the standard process for confirmed bookings, completed through the client portal. Payment arrangements — including deposits, payment plans, or buy now/pay later options — may be available depending on the service. Payment terms will always be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with sufficient advance notice will be handled respectfully and on a case-by-case basis. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full charge for the reserved period. Specific cancellation windows and terms will be outlined at the time of booking confirmation.
Emergency Veterinary Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, SIXXPAWS will make every reasonable effort to contact the pet owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, SIXXPAWS is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care on behalf of the pet. The pet owner is responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.
Vaccination Requirements
All pets in SIXXPAWS' care must be current on core vaccinations appropriate for their species. Dogs are required to have current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be requested prior to the first confirmed booking.
Pet Behavior & Safety Policy
SIXXPAWS reserves the right to decline or end care for any pet that poses a safety risk to people, other animals, or property. Pet owners must disclose any known behavioral concerns, aggression history, or special handling needs at the time of inquiry. Accurate information helps ensure the best and safest care for your pet.
Privacy Notice
SIXXPAWS Pet Care collects basic contact and pet information to provide and manage care services. Your information is kept private and is not shared with third parties. By submitting a care request or booking through the client portal, you agree to the collection and use of this information for care management purposes only.
Pricing
Pricing may vary depending on holidays, additional pets, puppies, medications, transportation, extended care, behavioral needs, or customized care requests. Final pricing is reviewed and confirmed before booking approval.
