Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
Specific cancellation windows and deposit terms will be confirmed at the time of booking through the client portal. This page provides a general overview.

Payment
Full payment is the standard process for confirmed bookings. Payment is typically completed through the client portal using available payment options. Depending on the service, payment arrangements — including payment plans or buy now/pay later options — may be available through our payment provider.
In some cases, a deposit may be requested at the time of booking confirmation. When a deposit applies, it will be communicated clearly and applied toward your total balance. Payment terms will always be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Cancellations with Advance Notice
Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice will be handled respectfully and on a case-by-case basis. Any amounts paid may be credited toward a future booking depending on the circumstances and timing. The required notice window will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made after the required notice window, or within 48 hours of the scheduled start date, may result in a partial or full charge for the reserved care period. This reflects the impact of last-minute cancellations on scheduling and reserved availability. Specific terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
No-Shows
If a client does not arrive for a confirmed booking without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show and any amounts paid may be non-refundable. Future bookings may require payment in full at the time of confirmation.
Early Pickup
If you need to pick up your pet earlier than the confirmed end date, please notify SIXXPAWS as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, the balance for the originally confirmed care period may still apply.
Cancellation by SIXXPAWS
In rare circumstances — such as a family emergency, illness, or safety concern — SIXXPAWS may need to cancel a booking. You will be notified as soon as possible, and any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
How to Cancel
To cancel or modify a booking, log in to the client portal or contact us directly at sixxpaws@gmail.com. Please include your name, pet's name, and the booking dates in your message.
